Add pages

Adding pages using this sample site is achieved with a couple of distinct steps:
- Add the page to left menu using the common fields
- Insert the new page and configure the identifier
Click on the "edit fields" link in the common fields section.
Add a new menu item with a page title and slug. The slug field will need to match our new page identifier that we will setup in the next step.
Insert a new page.
When presented with the page properties, match the page identifier with the slug used previously to create the link.
